Parenting may be one of the most difficult, challenging, perplexing, and rewarding jobs you will ever experience! Days are often filled with contradicting emotions (both yours and your little ones). If you find yourself thinking you don’t know what you are doing one minute; followed by feeling like the greatest parent ever; you are not alone!

My role is to accompany you on your journey. To be a mentor, active listener, guide, and teacher. I am not here to to judge you or tell you “how to parent”. Rather, it is my place to support you as you learn and grow and help you recognize any patterns that may have been in place for generations in the way you were raised. All while pulling from my knowledge, training, and experience to provide what best meets your needs.
